PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exam

PRINCE2 Agile Foundation certifications are suitable for anyone who delivers projects in an agile context and those working within an agile project environment, whether they're a project manager, project support, or part of the wider project team.PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner is aimed at professionals who work within a project environment, including key staff involved with integrating project management with product delivery.The PRINCE2 Agile Foundation-level exam is a short, 1-hour, multiple-choice paper.To pass this exam, you'll need to demonstrate your understanding of basic agile concepts, agile methods, agile techniques, and your ability to work in an agile project environment.The exam is closed-book. It does not allow additional reading material, nor does it allow the use of the PRINCE2 Agile manual.The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner level exam is a longer, 2.5 hour, objective question-test.To pass this, you'll need to show an understanding of PRINCE2 Agile governance requirements and agile concepts and techniques, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean Start-up, and Cynefin.In the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam, you'll be allowed the use of notes and the PRINCE2 Agile manual. We strongly advise against relying on the manual to pass. Use the manual sparingly, with notes to help you find those small pieces of relevant information quickly.

PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exams are only available online. As of January 2022, candidates can no longer sit a pen-and-paper exam in a training venue.

To take an online exam, you’ll need a stable internet connection, a webcam, a quiet room to sit the exam, and identification (photo ID, passport, driver’s license, etc.). An external invigilator monitors exams.Online bookings are available 24/7. We recommend you book at least 24 hours in advance to secure your desired time slot.
